That Ad-​​Blocker Thing

I sort of realised what I meant to say in the Ad-​​Blocker debate:

If your business model doesn’t work any more because tech­no­logy has changed, then you need to change, too. Blaming the users/​consumers/​the tech­no­logy isn’t going to change a thing. Stop whining and start being more interesting.

Daft video du jour is, appro­pri­ately enough, ‘Daft Hands’ — takes about a minute and a half before you see the goodness, but you need that minute-​​and-​​a-​​half to get it. Don’t really buy into the ‘working harder makes you better’ philo­sophy it touts, though:
