The navigation issues you saw there are due to a very large 'thumbnail', almost every single thumbnail is 140 x 90 so usually you wont see such a mess. This is something that will be seen to. Also you will need to update to the latest version of Wordpress plugin, version 0.2 which contains a very important bug fix, and you might possibly have to re-do this article of which I apologise immensely. Remember this is a beta 0.1/0.2 version so it will improve a lot, also I can only comment technically on this rather than the wider scheme of things.
